As the Global Head Real Estate and Facilities, you lead the development and execution of the global procurement strategy for Real Estate and Facilities through close collaboration with key stakeholders and supplier partners to drive strategy and encourage innovation while ensuring continuity of supply, setting aggressive goals and objectives; drive team to meet or exceed on an annual basis, and managing risk effectively via well-constructed commercial and contractual agreements with third parties.

The Global Head will work be functionally managing the local Facilities responsible on site and determine support required, based on local demand of the business. This role will be ideally based in one of the CCR EMEA countries of operation.

• Development, execution, and continued maintenance of comprehensive global sourcing strategies aligned with CCR business stakeholder needs;
• Responsibility and management of annual spend related to Enterprise Real Estate and Facilities Management;
• Ensure compliance to project budgets and schedules;
• Contribution to overall organizational goals by meeting or exceeding annual cost reduction and avoidance goals;
• Review of existing real estate footprint with a focus on space optimization, new working concepts towards modernizing The Way We Work Establishing and maintaining of strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring business alignment on critical objectives;
• Keeping abreast of market trends and commodity drivers;
• Leverage same to effect strategies and develop annual cost reduction commitments;
• Managing the performing team comprised of existing colleagues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business OR Supply Chain Master’s Degree or MBA would be highly desirable;
• 15+ years of Real Estate, procurement experience with large multi-national corporations; Focus on indirect categories, including facilities, real estate;
• 5 plus years leading a regional or global Real Estate/Facilities organization leveraging an Enterprise Facilities Management approach across an extensive Real Estate footprint;
• Experience with market drivers effecting category and of the latest trends in Real Estate and Facilities management;
• Experience negotiating with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area;
• University Degree or equivalent A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience OR An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
