We are seeking an experienced Workday Senior Analyst – Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to support and enhance our Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards functionalities within the Workday platform. This role will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards processes, strong analytical and technical skills, and experience in delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs.
