Overview
The FP&A position:
- is a part of the FP&A Team of six people at the Headquarters in Lisbon
- The FP&A Analyst works closely with his/her FP&A colleagues as well as with the CCR EMEA Finance Director.
- Supports six CCR distribution areas – Germany, Central, South, Northern, Eastern and Western Europe as well as Operations, three factories located in Myto in Czech Republic, Jasz in Hungary and Profroid in France.
- Our main priority is to support management in providing reliable forecasts, meeting WHQ expectations and using our financial analysis to enable them to make strategic decisions to secure a profitable future of the business.
Responsibilities
- Leadership of the weekly orders and backlog process with input from 20+ entities across EMEA. Follow up with entities for clarification / explanation of variances;
- Ensure file is updated in a timely manner to support weekly review with senior leaders;
- Ownership of the month end orders & backlog reconciliation between systems, prior quarter backlog reporting, and key messages summary at quarter end. Follow up with entities for clarification / explanation of variances;
- Ownership of the reporting for Global Key Accounts & Tier 2 accounts, eventually supporting the integrated ROS report;
- Loading of forecasts into HFM for all entities, for the various forecast cycles;
- Loading of the Annual Plan and Long Range Plan into HFM;
- Preparation, maintenance and improvement of finance templates supporting data analysis;
- Support consolidation of various other financial & commercial performance reports, gathering inputs from 20+ entities across EMEA;
- Ad-hoc analysis for CCR EMEA & WHQ.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of FP&A or Business partnering-related experience required;
- You should possess the ability to show that you can meet or exceed deadlines;
- Attention to detail - you must be capable of performing the work accurately and independently, including validating your own work without relying on others to find and fix errors;
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
- Strong work ethic and proactive mindset;
- Methodical approach with ability to identify and correct errors in data, as well as challenge owners on variances to provide further explanation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel and power point skills;
- Familiarity with HFM reporting;
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
