The Manager for Corporate Applications in CCR will be part of the regional IT organization.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the implementation and performance of applications for Global Functions (Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR & Communications).

Candidate will also work on the TSA (Transition Service Agreement) exit project.

Candidate will work closely with key stakeholders of Global Functions and IT teams to ensure the applications meet business needs and are running efficiently and effectively. Also, ensure that all applications comply with company policies such as data privacy and security and are in line with industry standards.

This role reports to the IT Manager for Service Excellence & Global Functions.

• Conduct regular reviews with Global Function leaders (Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR & Communications);
• Manage and oversee the operation, evolutions & projects of the company’s Global applications for this domain;
• These applications are; HFM, SAP Concur, Blackline for Finance, Docusign, OneTrust, DPS for Legal, Contract Management Tool, SAP Cora for Supply Chain, CMS for Communications, Workday for HR and Jira for IT;
• Identify opportunities for application improvement, cost reduction and system enhancements;
• Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the application development team members;
• Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, including ownership of incidents and release management;
• Generate regular reports on application support metrics, highlighting trends, and proposing improvements;
• Responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing security measures to mitigate them;
• Drives stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality applications and support with controlled and planned change management;
• Communicate project status to various levels of management;
• Collaborate with software vendors to report and resolve product-related issues;
• Evaluate and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure optimal support;
• Evaluate on regular basis the needs and use of licenses with business;
• Ensure high level of security to maintain data confidentiality;
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive measures;
• Responsible for managing budgets and resources. This includes identifying opportunities for cost savings and managing projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.

Experience/Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience;
• Experience in a management or supervisory role;
