We are seeking an experienced and dynamic (Senior)Talent Acquisition Business Partner (f/m/div) to lead our recruitment efforts for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Based in our Lisbon office, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities

  • Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various positions across the DACH region;
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates;
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process;
  • Interview Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Employer Branding: Promote Carrier Commercial Refrigeration as an employer of choice in the DACH region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives;
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance; identify areas for improvement, and report on key hiring metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting for the DACH region;
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred;
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;
  • Languages: C2 in German and in English;
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities;
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
