Overview

Achieve Area sales targets on volume / margin by different sales tiers, segments and channels. Develop customers network across the Area territory Closely work with Customer Excellence central team on KAs, Pricing, Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

· Along with his Sales Director, responsible for creating and rolling out the right sales strategy for their Area to drive revenue growth across all Area markets, generate Industrial growth across the different markets in their Area

· Develop & maintain personal direct customer relationships across all countries in the Area leveraging the local sales

· Organize field sales teams and sales back offices in the Area to deliver a high-quality performance to raise our customers satisfaction

· Accountable for sales forecasting within Area and tracking/managing sales performance by market

· Along with his Sales Director, responsible for optimizing the deployment of sales resources within the Area to scale coverage and limit cost of sales

· Collaborate with Corporate KAMs to set accounts targets for the Area and implement the account sales strategies, campaigns

· Collaborate with local Sales Managers on sales enablement programs, campaigns, Opportunities pipeline management, pricing, demand planning, etc

· Team up with the Solutions Manager and Service Managers to align on field productivity initiatives requiring sales intervention, service sales growth strategy, etc

Qualifications

· Fully understands all Sales standard processes from lead identification to deal closing

· Sales, Business or Technical Education – management of people - leadership

· Good experience in how to leverage SalesForce to manage sales operations and teams

· Know how in the refrigeration industry and in the food retail arena

· Masters our product and service offering, and can benchmark them with competition

· Understands customer needs and provide appropriate response to them via careful selection of the best suited equipment, solutions delivery and/or         services proposals

· Understand pricing mechanisms, margins and their impact on the company financials

· Business Judgement - understanding the market situation, customer segment, sales potential and competition

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Time Management – any activity must be performed in respect of the given timeframe - persistent, focused on targets/results, flexible, working independently and in teams

· Customer and service orientated - as well as a high degree of initiative and resilience

· English language - fluent
