About the role

As part of the Global Quality team, this role's main responsibility is to support Global Quality Lead and the local quality team in EMEA and Asia in topics of complaint handling, root cause analyses, quality process improvement, quality analytics and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the resolution and arbitration of complaint quality issues together with cross functional team
  • Maintaining and improving training for the users
  • Create quality communications
  • Follow up system data and do corrections
  • Responsible for root cause analysis and implementation of actions for improvement
  • Analytics, reporting
  • Creation, review of quality documents
  • Participate in quality project on global level (support factories and field service)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Experience in Complaint Handling within the Manufacturing Industry: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing and resolving customer complaints related to manufacturing processes. This includes investigating the root causes of issues, communicating with both internal teams and external clients, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English both written and oral
  • Analytic, communication and problem solving skills

 

Other qualifications that would be beneficial in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • ISO 9001 Internal auditor training
  • Knowledge in quality tools
  • German or local language 
  • ERP, Power BI
