Overview

Customer facing and selling role (quotas) responsible for traditional, face-to-face outside sales conducted primarily through direct interaction with customers.
Primary focus of role is growing sales and market share by converting new customers and managing/retaining and increasing sales to existing customers.
May sell a combination of products, solutions, and/or service agreements.
 

Responsibilities

 

    1. Client & Consultant Acquisition:
      • Identify and acquire new clients and consultants in the region
    2. Sales Planning:
      • Prepare short- and long-term sales plans aligned with business goals
    3. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Manage and nurture key customer relationships and accounts
    4. Dealer Development:
      • Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and appoint new ones as needed
    5. Revenue Achievement:
      • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
    6. Referral Generation:
      • Leverage existing clients for referrals to build a stronger sales pipeline
    7. Sales Funnel Management:
      • Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the sales pipeline
    8. Brand Promotion:
      • Lead regional seminars, webinars, and participate in trade exhibitions
    9. Customer Support:
      • Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong pre- and post-sales support
    10. Reporting & Operations:
      • Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and reports as required

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering or
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, or allied industries
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
