ERP Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global ERP strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of ERP roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration across multiple business processes, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, and sales.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to understand evolving business needs and adjust ERP strategies accordingly.
ERP System Implementation & Management:
- Oversee the global implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP systems, ensuring standardization across regions while accommodating local business requirements.
- Manage full ERP lifecycle projects from vendor selection, configuration, testing, and deployment to post-implementation support.
- Ensure effective project management, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of ERP initiatives within budget constraints.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas of inefficiency and recommending solutions that enhance business operations and streamline workflows through the ERP system.
- Ensure the development of scalable, efficient ERP processes and governance frameworks that support the growing demands of the organization.
- Lead process re-engineering efforts, leveraging ERP capabilities to optimize critical business functions.
Operational Management:
- Manage all sales operations independently, including order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in both countries.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing global team of ERP professionals, including solution architects, analysts, and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring cost-effective delivery of services.
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for team members, ensuring a future-ready ERP team with strong technical and business acumen.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related activities, liaising with internal business stakeholders, external partners, and regional IT leaders to ensure system effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Drive organizational change management efforts to promote ERP adoption and utilization, ensuring that employees at all levels are proficient in using ERP applications.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep senior management and stakeholders informed of ERP project statuses, risks, and achievements.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure that ERP systems comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, including financial reporting standards, data privacy laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Establish a governance framework to oversee system access, data security, and integrity within the ERP environment.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure that risk management processes are robust and in place.
