Key role within the European payroll team, the Western Europe Payroll specialist mission is to coordinate the payroll services providers for the Carrier Commercial Refrigeration (CCR) organization in the following countries: UK, Spain, Portugal and Netherlands. The perimeter corresponds to around 350 employees and 4 legal entities.

Missions:

• Prepares payroll operation activities including pay delivery, time and attendance, payroll accounting and tax reporting to provide efficient payroll operations.
• Makes and monitors the disbursement of payroll, processing of all pay data, maintenance of payroll records, control and compliance activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll activities.
• Responds to complex questions from employees and the payroll team to give clarity on payroll related issues.
• Is the point of contact of payroll system provider in case of new payroll settings
• Supports the project of Time and Attendance and Payroll systems change in the 4 countries under scope of responsibilities.
• Develops procedures and supervises the preparation, documentation and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.
