The candidate's primary task will be to grow sales within the industrial natural refrigeration and heat pump segment, build and maintain close partnerships and businesses with customers, i.e. installers, consultants, key end users.
The function also involves advising customers, overall design / specification of the project, overall calculation, initial contact with subcontractors and preparation of offers. Finally, the candidate's task will be to develop sales strategies for the segment and secure the company's leading position in CO2 cooling and heating in the industrial segment.
As a key member of the European industrial sales team, the position reports to the Sales Director, Refrigeration Systems Europe.
Education:
The candidate has a relevant technical education such as mechanical engineer or similar. On top of this, having a business education is a plus. A good knowledge of business and sales project management is a must.
Practical experience:
The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience from the refrigeration, and knows what it takes to work with technical project sales to industrial companies. The candidate can document the focus on sales, including the development and retention of customers and customer relationships. It is a clear advantage if the candidate has experience with CO2 refrigerant cooling. The experience has been gained in a company of similar size than Carrier Commercial Refrigeration - working in matrix organizations at European level.
