We are seeking for a Sales Manager that will lead the local sales teams, oversees outside sales activities and ensures short to medium term objectives and goals for teams are met.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
Responsible for creating and rolling out the right sales strategy for the country to drive revenue growth across all country markets, customer tiers (KAs, Tier 2), channels (Tier 3/dealers), revenue streams (EQ-only, Turnkey, Service), segments (Food Retail / Industrial)
Develop & maintain personal direct customer relationships
Organize field sales team and sales back office in the country to deliver a high quality performance to raise our customers satisfaction measured through NPS
Accountable for sales forecasting within country and tracking/managing sales
Along with his Country MD, responsible for optimizing the deployment of sales resources within the country to scale coverage and limit cost of sales
Collaborate with Regional Sales & KAMs to set accounts targets for the country and implement the account sales strategies, campaigns
Collaborate on sales enablement programs, campaigns, Opportunities pipeline management, pricing, demand planning, etc.
Team up with Field Operations to align on field productivity initiatives requiring sales intervention, service sales growth strategy, etc.
Directly manage local sales reps and sales back-office resources

Manage country P&L
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines in the country
Develop CCR’s presence in the country through an effective coverage of the territory by the adequate sales, and service organization
Qualifications
University degree in engineering, business administration or similar
5-10 years of sales experience within a similar industry achieving revenue targets and leading sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build relationships
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to customer events
Fully understands all Sales standard processes from lead identification to deal closing
Good experience in how to leverage SalesForce to manage sales operations and teams
Know how in the refrigeration industry and in the food retail arena
Masters our product and service offering, and can benchmark them with competition
Understands customer needs and provide appropriate response to them via careful selection of the best suited equipment, solutions delivery and/or services proposals
Understands pricing mechanisms, margins and their impact on the company financials
Business Judgement - understanding the market situation, customer segment, sales potential and competition
