Overview

Carrier Commercial Refrigeration is a global leader in providing advanced refrigeration solutions for commercial and industrial applications. We are looking for a Sales Manager for KSA. This role focuses on generating new business for the food retail KSA market and developing and managing our customer relationship. We are looking for a candidate with experience from sales, customer management and refrigeration that can support our business growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate new enquiries in food retail from KSA market.
  • Managing customer relationship.
  • Understand annual customer budget.
  • Achieving individual annual sales targets on new sales.
  • Analyze Key Account Data (sales and margin per customer) and take or initiate corrective actions if required.
  • Deliver high quality quotes in the agreed/expected timeframe to customers.
  • Regular visits of customers to understand the needs and provide potential solutions/quotes.
  • Approach new customers pro-actively to sell Carrier’s new equipment's.
  • Participate on local tenders and local price negotiations.
  • Able to initiate and lead sales pitches/price negotiations with high profile customers.
  • Fully understand the standard processes, metrics and KPI’s (from revenue to costs and GM)
  • Deep knowledge of Carrier products and industry standards.
  • Business Judgement - understanding the market situation, customer segment, sales potential and competition.
  • Understand customer needs, able to listen and provide expected services - aligned with financial targets.
  • Deliver positive results in the agreed timeframe.
  • Conducts business development activities for account management teams within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
  • Leads bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.
  • Develops and promotes new customer contact leads for the sales business development team. Develops customer presentations for specific customer needs
  • Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to sales business development team.

Qualifications

  • Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience 
  • University Degree or equivalent. An advanced degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience in sales of Refrigeration Equipment’s preferably in KSA.
  • KSA driving license
