We are seeking an experienced and strategic Indirect Procurement Category Manager to join our team in Lisbon (Parque das Nações).

This role is ideal for a procurement expert who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment and is passionate about driving value through strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.

As a key member of the global procurement team, you will take ownership of several indirect procurement categories, including Professional Services, Marketing & Advertisement, Car Fleet, and Corporate Services. Your ability to define and execute category strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships will be essential to the success of this role.

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:

• Lead the development and implementation of global category strategies across Professional Services, Marketing & Advertisement, Car Fleet, and Corporate Services.
• Manage a spend portfolio of approximately $35-40M, driving value through cost optimization and supplier performance.
• Conduct and manage end-to-end RFP processes and negotiations to achieve best-in-class outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment:

• Partner closely with business unit leaders and factory teams to align category strategies with organizational objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring procurement strategies support business goals and drive sustainable value.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure alignment, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee contract management activities, ensuring compliance and value realization.

Process Standardization & Performance Management:

• Institutionalize CCR's strategic sourcing process, including supplier selection criteria, contracting strategies, and negotiation frameworks.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to ensure adherence to category strategies and operational excellence.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• 6-8+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain leadership roles, with demonstrated success managing indirect procurement categories.
• Proven track record of leading RFPs, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships on a global scale.
• Experience in a matrixed environment, working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in procurement processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Autonomous and adaptable, with the ability to excel in a dynamic and evolving environment.
