We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician with expertise in refrigeration to join our team in Vietnam. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting refrigeration equipment and systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge in refrigeration, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on refrigeration systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure they are operating efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components in refrigeration systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper installation, setup, and calibration of refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Record and report all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for refrigeration units.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with refrigeration systems, including handling refrigerants in compliance with industry regulations.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment.
• Provide technical support and advice to colleagues and management on refrigeration systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical problems and optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards related to refrigeration.
• Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with the latest refrigeration technologies and industry trends.

• equivalent; technical certification in refrigeration or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technician, specifically with refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration mechanics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work with different types of refrigerants and follow safety protocols related to their use.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to refrigeration systems.
