The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced frontend for remote monitoring. This role involves collaborating with business units to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience, streamlining processes, and ensuring the scalability and performance of web applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define frontend strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Work with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend code using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Perform thorough testing of frontend components to ensure reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Deploy frontend solutions into production and monitor performance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for frontend components, including technical specifications and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to business users on frontend tools and applications.
• Stay updated with frontend trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
• Work closely with backend developers, business analysts, and process owners to ensure alignment and integration of frontend solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on modern frameworks and technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Understanding of business processes across various domains (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to identify frontend opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and translating technical information into business terms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data quality, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
• UI Path certification (RPA Developer, Advanced RPA Developer) is highly desirable. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile project environment.
• Understanding of change management principles to facilitate the adoption of automation solutions.
