Overview

Tasks:

  • Performing periodic inspections of refrigeration systems
  • Preparation of a complete inspection report in accordance with the provided template, photographic documentation and risk assessment for the repair and modernization needs identified during the inspection.
  • Removal of failures and faults ordered by Carrier Refrigeration Service Dispatchers
  • Registering works, working time in the client's system, where the client requires it.
  • Realization of commissioned works in the scope of modernization of cooling installations performed by the Service Department.
  • Participation in commissioning and commissioning of new cooling installations at the request of superiors.
  • Solving difficult technical problems, difficult repairs in cooperation with the supervisor and other team members.
  • Regular reporting of the need for spare parts and other materials necessary to ensure the continuity of the works performed. Maintaining the basic stock on the service car in accordance with the established standard in this regard.
  • Reliable daily filling of working time reports and sending to the back office every day.
  • Completing service cards after each visit to the facility.
  • Participation in training courses organized by the employer.
  • On-call duty in accordance with the prepared schedule.
  • Remote monitoring support. Removal of failures through monitoring in order to reduce the costs of facility maintenance.
  • Application of the Service Cardinal Rules.
  • Performing an inventory of spare parts and materials stored on the service car once a year. Ongoing settlement of used spare parts and materials.
  • Use of personal protective equipment and tools in accordance with the list of PPE and tools approved by the OHS / EHS Coordinator. Prohibition of the use of personal protective equipment and tools not included in the list.
  • Adherence to Carrier's cardinal safety rules. Demonstrating the highest standards of health and safety / EHS.
  • Due care for order in the service car.
  • Use of work clothes provided by the employer. Keeping work clothes clean.
  • Reporting accidents and near misses that pose a threat at work in accordance with the applicable procedure.
  • Close cooperation with the Call Center, Service Dispatchers, Administration and Service Sales Department in order to continuously improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Achievement of the assumed goals (measured with the use of Key Performance Indicators), consistent with the annual and forecast plan.
  • Due care for the welfare of the employer and entrusted property.
  • Carrying out other tasks entrusted by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Education: high technical school, advantage electrician
  • Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning issues.
  • basic computers skills WIN, MS office
  • languages: understanding English or German, using manuals
