Participates in the harmonization of processes within the company/R&D

Participates in discussions on the development of new and existing commercial refrigerators

Contributes and participates in the operation of the quality assurance system and company systems

• Participates in the further development of new and existing commercial refrigerators

• Management, maintenance and further development of the technical change process

• Technical support for marketing, sales, quality departments, production line engineering

• Development of cost reduction programs

• New product developments, heavy customizations

• Manages and participates in the production of prototypes

• Prepares the design bill of materials and production documentation for the new product or model in accordance with the development plan.
• Initiates material ordering for prototype parts.
• Participates in the further development of products based on feedback from Customer Service or Quality Assurance.
• Documents any design changes required.

• Higher mechanical engineering degree

• Communication-level English proficiency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems

• Communication skills, ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking, team player attitude, openness to learning

Not required but an advantage:

• Experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of 3D design programs (Solid Edge, Inventor, Pro E…)

• Knowledge of enterprise management systems (SAP)
