We are seeking for a reliable and dedicated professional to join our team as an Accounting Assistant, based in Mem Martins. This role will be essential in providing support with various accounting and administrative tasks within the Finance department.

• Recording and processing supplier and customer invoices.

• Reviewing and monitoring the supplier and customer portfolio.

• Accounting for manual payments and customer receipts.

• Performing bank reconciliations.

• Supporting collection claims.

• Conducting internal controls (telephony, fleet, etc.).

• Other administrative tasks related to accounting.

• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in administrative tasks.

• Languages: English (Advanced), Portuguese (Advanced), Spanish (Spoken).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
