• Processing Purchase request and Orders.

• Purchase administration.

• Internal and External communication.

• Reporting of (supplier) performance and various KPI’s.

• Datacollection and verification of Masterdata.

• Monitoring on time deliveries.

• Reporting on meetings and general admin.

• Assisting on set up of process definitions and standards.

• Assessing discrepancies in invoices.

• Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries.

• You have a good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is a preference.

• Experience with ERP-systems (SAP), or willing to learn.

• Commercially driven, aware of costs, stress resistant.
