Country Lead has leadership responsibility for Carrier Commercial Refrigeration business in Italy including full accountability for its P&L. In this role, you will drive operational performance and stimulate business development focused on Sales activities.

• Develop CCR’s presence in the country through an effective coverage of the territory by the adequate sales, and service organization.

• Reach the performance objectives (measured by key performance indicators) as per annual plan and forecast

• Management of sales and customer service organizations (project implementation, maintenance, and on-call service activities).

• Analyze Sales financial results, together with CFO/FBP, and drive the organization to meet its financial objectives.

• Report actions & results to senior management and stakeholders.

• Personally represent the company to the key customers and other stakeholders.

• Actively participate in sales activities.

• Management of costs, creation of budgets, forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annually).

• Develop and maintain a high performance and engagement team (i.a. headcount & succession planning, personnel development).

• Internal communication (plans, objectives, results, news) with support of HR.

• Ensure operational efficiency and continues improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in technical /management disciplines.

• At least 7 Years' experience in the role.

• Knowledge of the refrigeration industry.

• Business negotiation management skills.

• Knowledge of the English language.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, predisposition for teamwork and strong results orientation.
