CCR has 230 employees and has locations in Nieuwegein (NL) and Herentals (BE).
In this role you are responsible for managing customer relationship for existing customers, ensuring revenue and GM according to the Service Commercial Principles and sales targets – while updating prices, contract scope and clauses, if required.
Achieving individual annual sales targets on contracts, billables and modernizations
Understand annual customer budget
Analyse revenue and GM after execution and take or initiate corrective actions if needed
Analyse revenue, cost and GM annually of sold/existing contracts
Analyse Key Account Data (sales and margin per customer/contract) and take or initiate corrective actions if required
Deliver high quality quotes in the agreed/expected timeframe to customers
Regular visits of existing customers to understand the needs and provide potential solutions/quotes
Participate on local/central tenders or contract updates and price negotiations
Cooperate closely with the Service Operations to identify modernization opportunities
Cooperate closely with central Modernization Manager to understand central developed products – or to create new products with deep understanding of local needs
Support Technician Sales Process to increase billable sales
