Overview

The role is responsible for analyzing key account data, monitoring performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights and reports to enhance customer relationships, optimize service delivery, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining data-driven dashboards to monitor key account performance, service levels, and financial metrics.
  • Providing regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders, supporting account management strategies and decision-making.
  • Evaluating service contract efficiency, cost structures, and revenue streams to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Country Service Departments and European Spare Parts Center to ensure data accuracy and effective reporting.
  • Enhancing customer analytics capabilities by implementing new methodologies, tools, and best practices for key account performance tracking.
  • Supporting price modeling and financial forecasting for key account services.
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses of customer data, market trends, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, Data Science, Finance or Engineering or comparable business experience
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), BI tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Previous experience in Analytics, or Business Intelligence is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Data visualization and reporting expertise for clear and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business language.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Proactive mindset to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within key account data.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to present data insights effectively to key account teams
