We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at CCR.

This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow within the HR field. You will be a vital part of our day-to-day operations, supporting the full spectrum of HR activities from A to C. Your contributions will help ensure our processes run smoothly and that both employees and managers receive outstanding HR support.

Responsibilities

 

    • Provide administrative support for core HR processes, such as hiring, onboarding, job changes, terminations, and benefits administration.
    • Maintain and update employee records accurately in the Workday HRIS system.
    • Prepare and distribute HR reports, support audits, and maintain up-to-date personnel files.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Support the team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective labor agreements (CLA).
    • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and sound judgment.
    • Assist with the recruitment process for new employees, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
    • Prior internship or administrative experience in HR is a plus.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a strong advantage).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language and english.
    • Proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
