Overview

CCR is looking for a motivated and highly ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join the MarComs team and contribute to our digital campaigns.

 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for updating websites, executing digital campaigns, managing marketing tools and platforms, analyzing data and contributing to customer engagement initiatives that drive retention and overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Regional teams to ensure campaigns are timely relevant, and aligned with brand standards.

 

The ideal candidate will have B2B multi-channel digital marketing application experience, with commercial refrigeration experience, beneficial but not essential. An ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential, be a self-starter, apply entrepreneur traits to the role and proactively drive a delivery mindset with a creative can-do attitude in our market-leading enterprise. Key Deliverables:

  • Update and manage website content and landing pages
  • Optimize pages for SEO and conversion
  • Track website performance using analytics tools
  • Support the lead management process.
  • Ensure accurate tagging and data tracking
  • Collaborate with teams to align content with digital campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency and accessibility standards

Responsibilities

  • Content and Asset Coordination: Updating website content, identifying new content, and managing a regular update cycle to ensure content is current and relevant.
  • Website Management: Management of content in the CMS system and other digital marketing tools
  • Analytics and Optimization: Develop dashboard and performance summaries using analytics tools
  • Application Support: Work with IT or vendor support teams on technical enhancements or integrations
  • SEO and SEM: Assist with technical review and approval of branded websites for usability, SEO/SEM, performance, compliance and more
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, to ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand and strategy
  • Digital Projects: Support other digital marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Working closely with the Digital Customer Engagement Expert, and support the processes for digital marketing initiatives to optimize use in the organization including the review and deployment of integrated marketing technology that drive efficiencies and results while developing and implementing processes for content management, marketing activities, branding, and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or a related role in a B2B environment.
  • Proven knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress) and website management
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM tools and principles
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Looker Studio, etc
  • Ability to work with pressing deadlines and changing priorities, and professionally manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative, but also be a strong team player
  • Must have strong editing skills, project management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of all applicable software packages (Microsoft Office, Abobe Creative Suite), understanding of web architecture and browser functions
