We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of a defined product segment within our Carrier Counters Line portfolio. You’ll shape the roadmap, translate customer insights into winning concepts, and drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
Own a product segment in the Carrier Counters Line, partnering closely with Sales and Engineering to set priorities and deliver results.
Build and execute the roadmap leveraging Voice of Customer insights to define product concepts and robust business cases.
Manage the full lifecycle (phase-in/phase-out, pricing strategy, option/variant complexity) to maximize value and profitability.
Enable go-to-market by supporting Sales and Communications with compelling promotion concepts and materials.
Train and support: conduct regular product trainings for internal teams and customers; assist Sales on major tenders and quotations.
Scout trends through frequent customer visits and market travel; feed insights into product and accessories/options roadmaps.
Be the customer’s voice throughout development, coordinating closely with Engineering and Operations.
Own product information across all channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Either a technical education with strong business acumen or a business education with proven experience in technical product environments; high technical affinity is essential.
3–5 years’ experience in product management or a closely related role.
Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
Proven ability to translate customer requirements into business value, product specs, and clear priorities.
An eye for aesthetics and design, and how visual appeal enhances products and features.
A driver of projects who delivers results through cross-functional teams.
Enthusiasm for our products and the refrigeration / food retail market; prior knowledge of these markets is highly appreciated.
Willingness to travel across Europe as business conditions allow.
