Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined CO₂ Refrigeration Technical Support Coordination Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with CO₂ condensing units—a cutting-edge, environmentally friendly refrigeration technology.

Responsibilities

Technical Support & Customer Assistance:

  • Assist customers and contractors during the installation and startup of CO₂ condensing units.
  • Support in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
  • Provide clear and professional technical support via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Help create and maintain technical documentation such as troubleshooting guides.

Project Coordination:

  • Help coordinate timelines and deliverables for small-scale projects related to CO₂ cooling systems.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Work closely with project managers and senior managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Continuous Learning & Process Improvement:

  • Gather customer feedback and report common technical issues to internal teams.
  • Stay informed about new CO₂ refrigeration technologies and industry best practices.
  • Recommend improvements in support procedures and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical support (internships or co-op experience also considered).
  • Basic understanding of refrigeration systems (CO₂ experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Solid problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn technical systems.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 60% of the time, or approx. 35–40 weeks per year).

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CO₂ condensing units or natural refrigerants.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration safety protocols and relevant regulations.
