The target of the role is to successfully support and deliver global projects, especially with a focus on talent development, reporting and analytics.

Project Leadership & Delivery:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of global HR projects such as budgeting, changes or implementation for learning & development programs, succession planning and organizational design projects and related tools
• Define clear project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with HR objectives.

HR Reporting & Data Analysis:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive HR reporting systems and dashboards that track key HR metrics
• Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights to enhance HR initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR projects

Partner with internal stakeholders, including HRIS, HRBPs and business leaders, to ensure alignment and adoption of HR initiatives and to drive organizational change management processes.

Support communication strategies for HR programs, ensuring clarity, engagement, and understanding among employees and leaders at all levels.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
• 2+ years of project management experience in HR or a related function, with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting.
• Experience in managing HR initiatives or HR technology implementations
• Strong track record in using data to influence HR decisions and improve talent management, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-country HR initiatives
• Experience working in a global matrixed organization
