You’ll own the end-to-end export journey—from purchase order to invoicing—for cabinets and spare parts. Working side-by-side with our Export Logistics Lead and the ESPC team, you’ll turn complex, cross-border flows into smooth, on-time deliveries and happy customers.
Run the export cycle: Coordinate export sales orders and deliveries, ensuring on-time shipment and clean handover to invoicing.
Be the documentation pro: Prepare and manage shipping docs, customs declarations, certificates of origin, and all export paperwork.
Keep records tight: Maintain accurate data on exports, pricing, and invoices.
Own the comms: Liaise daily with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers for seamless procedures and fast issue resolution.
Stay compliant: Apply export laws and regulations with confidence.
Partner across teams: Work with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to execute transactions flawlessly; align spare-parts requests with ESPC and invoice via EXP CZ.
Plan ahead: Support sales forecasting and help set/track performance goals.
Problem-solve in real time: Anticipate roadblocks and propose practical, proactive solutions.
