We’re looking for an experienced Sales Support Professional to play a key role in enabling our sales teams to achieve their goals. In this position, you’ll combine your analytical skills, business acumen, and understanding of our products and services to ensure our sales processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies.

• Manage and execute all activities and processes related to the contractual exchange of products and services with our customer organizations.
• Develop, oversee, and administer sales forecasting, financial modeling, sales processes, and sales goals.
• Use your knowledge of our products, services, support, and technology to help shape and optimize how we achieve our sales targets.
• Tackle difficult and complex problems, using your judgment to find effective, practical solutions.
• Work autonomously with limited supervision, taking ownership of your area and driving outcomes.
• Influence colleagues in your work area by clearly explaining facts, policies, and best practices.

• Highschool Diploma

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar function.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex topics.

• Someone who is comfortable working independently, yet able to collaborate and influence others effectively.

• Fluent level of English and Croatian language
