Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the dual role of IT Controller and IT Process Specialist. This position combines financial and governance responsibilities with process management expertise, ensuring that IT operations are both cost-efficient and strategically aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between IT, finance, and operations, driving transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

IT Controlling

  • Develop, monitor, and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost allocations.
  • Track IT expenditures, ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to management.
  • Support investment decisions for IT projects through cost-benefit analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.

IT Process Management

 

  • Design, implement, and optimize IT processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in workflows and systems.
  • Document and maintain IT process maps, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure processes meet business needs.
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance IT service delivery.

 

Combined Responsibilities

 

  • Align IT financial planning with process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure IT services are delivered within budget while maintaining high quality.
  • Act as a key advisor to IT management on IT governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that integrate financial control and process optimization.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in IT controlling, financial management, or IT process design.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and IT service management platforms.
  •  Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000 frameworks.
  • Fluency in English
