Overview

CCR currently employs around 150 people across the Nordic region, of which approximately eight are involved in sales. In several cases, the sales role also includes operational project execution, which has limited the time and focus dedicated to proactive sales and customer relationship management.

We are now seeking to professionalize and strengthen the sales function, establishing a structured and focused sales organization with clear responsibility for sales performance, customer development, and market growth. The goal is to ensure consistency, predictability, and long-term stability in sales efforts avoiding fluctuations between record-high and low activity years caused by resource constraints in project delivery.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director (fmd) for the Nordics & Baltics to lead CCR’s regional sales organization. The role carries full responsibility for driving sustainable growth, leading and developing the sales team, and building strong collaboration between sales, technical teams, and our factories.

The Sales Director (fmd) will play a key role in the ongoing transformation of the business, shaping and strengthening a professional sales organization that is still in its growth phase. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven leader who understands the balance between strategic direction and operational execution, and who takes pride in creating structure, driving process improvements, and delivering measurable results.

Location: Flexible within the Nordic region in a CCR office (Preferably Oslo)

Reports to: Managing Director North

  • Foster close collaboration between the sales organization, technical teams, and factories to ensure smooth project execution and optimal customer solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers, ensuring solutions align with both customer needs and company capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to anticipate changes and identify opportunities.
  • Support strategic planning and business development initiatives across CCR’s regional operations.
  • Represent CCR at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements across the Nordics and Baltics.
