Overview

Provide operational and strategic support to the Key Account Manager Service for the management of key clients, mainly Carrefour, as well as other clients in the portfolio such as BM, La Despensa and Mas y Mas.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and back-office support for the sales team.
  • Email management and handling of internal and external requests.
  • Updating and improving the customer platform, including uploading work reports, assessments and support in digitising the tool.
  • Document management and maintenance of up-to-date records.
  • Preparation and support for customer reports, such as 5% reports or ROIF.
  • Follow-up on preventive maintenance.
  • Monitoring and follow-up on open incidents.
  • Management and resolution of customer incidents or complaints.
  • Support in preparing budgets, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Follow-up on offers in Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented person.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to manage online platforms and ERPs (SAP, ARIBA, EDIOM, etc.).
  • Languages: Intermediate level of Spanish and English.

 Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Royal Decree 552/2019 for refrigeration installations and the associated technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in technical service environments or commercial or industrial refrigeration facility management.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks between different teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
