FP&A analyst

CCR is seeking an FP&A Analyst. The FP&A Analyst will be part of the HQ FP&A team, working closely with FP&A colleagues and the CCR EMEA Finance Director.

The role supports key central areas, including R&D centers across Europe, three manufacturing sites in Czech Republic, Hungary, and France, as well as Headquarters in the Netherlands. The primary focus is to support management by delivering reliable forecasts and financial insights that enable informed strategic decision-making and support long-term business profitability.

Position responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly budget reports and monitor costs for the main R&D facility.
• Provide financial support to the Engineering function across multiple areas and activities.
• Support Intragroup Services with monthly reporting and contribute to global financial analysis and understanding.
• Participate in quarterly and annual reviews, including Plan and Latest Forecast cycles.
• Prepare and review OPEX and CAPEX reports in collaboration with Functional Leaders.
• Support HQ with global cost recording and budgeting activities.
• Load forecasts into HFM for various forecast cycles.
• Load the Annual Plan and Long-Range Plan (LRP) into HFM.
• Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve financial templates to support data analysist.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses for CCR EMEA and WHQ.
  
  

Qualification:

• 1 plus years of FP&A or Business partnering related experience required.
• You should possess the ability to show that you can meet or exceed deadlines.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong work ethic.
• Methodical approach with ability to identify / correct errors in data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel and power point skills
• Familiarity with HFM reporting.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration
