We’re a rapidly scaling company seeking a hands-on, people-focused HR Generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments to support our growing workforce. You’ll partner with all teams and leadership to drive recruitment, HR operations, and administrative/payroll tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to help build and shape HR processes from the ground up. You will have significant autonomy to create structure, implement best practices, and influence how HR evolves as the organization continues to grow.
If you’re excited about building, not just maintaining, and want to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, evolving environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR administrative tasks (contracts, records, system updates)
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, changes, exits
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and policy enforcement
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and compliant work environment
  • Ensure company policies are applied fairly and consistently
  • Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations
  • Support local payroll tasks such as benefits enrollment and attendance follow-up
  • Support audits and reporting (e.g., payroll, legal, compliance)
  • Support recruitment for hourly and salaried roles
  • Coordinate with internal or external recruiters
  • Handle employment offers, contracts, and new hire orientation
  • Track performance review cycles and follow-ups
  • Coordinate training logistics and employee development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee data
  • Generate reports (headcount, turnover, leave tracking)

Additional Impact in This Role

  • Build and refine HR processes, policies, and workflows
  • Identify gaps and implement scalable HR practices
  • Partner with leadership to shape employee experience
  • Help create a strong HR foundation for growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-10 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and policies
  • Basic knowledge of compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on mentality and strong execution orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience building or improving HR processes
  • Comfort with ambiguity and limited structure
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently
