We’re a rapidly scaling company seeking a hands‑on, people‑focused HR Generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments to support our growing workforce. You’ll partner with all the teams and leadership to drive recruitment, HR operations, and administrative/payroll tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Handle HR administrative tasks (contracts, records, system updates).
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, changes, exits.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and policy enforcement.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and compliant work environment.
  • Ensure company policies are applied fairly and consistently.
  • Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations.
  • Support local payroll tasks such as benefits enrollment and inquiries, time & attendance follow-up.
  • Support audits and reporting (e.g., for payroll, legal, or compliance purposes).
  • Support recruitment for hourly and salaried roles from job postings and screening to final interviews on its own or coordinated with internal or external recruiters (direct recruitment, contractor to hire, temp to hire)
  • Handle employment offers, contracts, and new hire orientation.
  • Track performance review cycles and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate training logistics and support employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data.
  • Generate reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave tracking).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles with a proven track in a General HR discipline
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Good understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and policies.
  • Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits, performance management, and training coordination.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on mentality and a strong execution orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
