Overview

Are you a results-driven sales professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with strong customer relationships? CCR is looking for a Sales Representative – Refrigeration Equipment to support our continued growth and drive sales development across Poland.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and deliver tailored refrigeration solutions to customers across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales of refrigeration equipment across retail chains, HoReCa, refrigeration production and warehousing, installers, integrators, and dealer partners
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored technical solutions
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients throughout Poland
  • Conduct customer meetings, trade negotiations, and commercial presentations
  • Prepare offers, contracts, sales analyses, and business proposals
  • Work closely with the Solutions Department to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support business growth
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and regular reporting in line with company procedures
  • Manage opportunities and customer data in Salesforce CRM
  • Deliver sales and margin targets in line with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Higher education, preferably in refrigeration, mechanical engineering, HVAC, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B technical sales within the refrigeration industry
  • A strong track record of achieving sales results
  • Very good knowledge of the Polish refrigeration market
  • Solid understanding of refrigeration technologies and the ability to communicate their business value to customers
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial drive and motivation to meet and exceed targets
  • Well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with sales and engineering teams
  • Fluent English
  • Category B driving licence
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
