Supplier Quality Engineer

About this role: as Supplier Quality Engineer you will contribute to quality continuous improvement. This role has interface with various areas of the business (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production).

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supplier quality support for selection, audit, monitoring and development
• Responsible for supplier quality related topics for development of new products and components
• Responsible to support supply chain team in supplier quality related topics of contracts
• Responsible for processing, maintaining and improving the supplier PPAPs, 8Ds
• Responsible for supplier quality problem scoping, root cause analysis and planning and implementation of actions for improvement
• Responsible for data collection, consolidation, processing and analysis of monthly KPIs and other ad-hoc Reports related to supplier quality
• Responsible for follow up and data accuracy

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Technical Field
• Certified Quality Engineer
• Proficient Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
• Skills: Analytic, Communication, Mediation, Root Cause analysis and Problem Solving

• ISO 9001 auditor training
• VDA auditor training
