About the Role

Are you a Supply Chain professional with a strong interest in contracts, negotiations and commercial law?

We are looking for a Supply Chain Contract Manager to lead the end-to-end contract management process for suppliers and service providers across CCR globally.

In this role, you will combine your Supply Chain expertise with your knowledge of contracts and commercial terms, working closely with the Sourcing and Legal teams to ensure that supplier agreements deliver the best possible balance between cost efficiency, risk management and compliance.

You will play a key role in supporting the Supply Chain organization throughout the supplier lifecycle, from supplier selection and RFQs through contract negotiation, implementation and ongoing performance management.

The position offers broad exposure across the business, working with stakeholders from Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and Legal, both locally and internationally.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can bring together Supply Chain and Legal/Contract Management expertise. You don't need to be a lawyer, but you should have a strong understanding of contracts, commercial terms and supplier negotiations.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end contract management process for suppliers and service providers.
    • Draft, review and negotiate supplier agreements together with the Sourcing team, including framework agreements, cooperation agreements, NDAs and other commercial contracts.
    • Partner with the Sourcing team during supplier selection and RFQ processes, ensuring contractual requirements are considered from the beginning.
    • Ensure supplier contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements and CCR standards.
    • Negotiate commercial terms that support cost efficiency, risk mitigation and business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain standard contracts and templates, ensuring consistency of contractual terms across suppliers and commodities, in close cooperation with the Legal team.
    • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations and Legal to define contractual requirements, standards and business needs.
    • Lead the implementation and maintenance of a centralized contract repository, ensuring proper documentation, version control and contract visibility.
    • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding contractual matters.
    • Identify and assess contractual risks and escalate potential disputes to the Legal team when required.
    • Support supplier performance reviews by monitoring KPIs, SLAs and contract compliance, in collaboration with Supply Chain Management.
    • Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, standardization and supplier management across the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Management or a combination of these areas.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, contract terms and supplier negotiations.
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing commercial relationships.
  • Ability to understand contractual risks and translate business requirements into clear contractual terms.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and contract management tools.
  • Experience in an international or multinational environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems, components or related industry standards is an advantage, but not essential.
