Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of a defined program or major initiative, from initiation through execution and closure. This role owns planning, execution, cost, schedule, and cross-functional coordination to ensure objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities

Responsibilities

 

  • Own end-to-end delivery of a defined program or major initiative, including scope, timing, cost, quality, and risks
  • Define program objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and portfolio priorities
  • Build and maintain robust program plans, integrated schedules, and resource forecasts
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and other functions
  • Own responsibility for the program budget, including planning, tracking, and cost control
  • Identify, assess, and actively manage program risks, issues, and interdependencies
  • Ensure application of CCR program management processes, governance, gates, and review structures
  • Prepare and present clear program status updates, including progress, risks, and financials
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams where applicable to ensure alignment and execution
  • Lead program closure activities, including lessons learned and handover to sustaining teams

Qualifications

 

  • University degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing complex programs or large-scale cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • PMP Certification is a plus

Programs delivered on time and within budget, with strong cross-functional alignment, predictable execution, and transparent governance
