Product & Commissioning Specialist


This is a critical technical expert role responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing product quality, and ensuring flawless on-site commissioning execution. The position plays a key role in reducing commissioning errors, accelerating deployment, and supporting CCR’s scalable growth.

As CCR expands its product portfolio and customer base, this role provides deep technical leadership across product configuration, on-site commissioning, and post-deployment performance. The specialist will act as a bridge between engineering, operations, and field execution—ensuring strong alignment and consistent technical standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support on-site commissioning activities, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compliant execution.
  • Act as a technical expert in product configuration, ensuring solutions meet both customer and operational requirements.
  • Drive optimization of commissioning processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Work in close collaboration with engineering, technical teams, and operations across the organization to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, minimising installation errors and rework.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to field teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and documentation for commissioning and product performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on field feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/MSc degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience within refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technology.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.
