We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Representative to develop and drive sales across the Swedish market. This role has a strong focus on outbound sales, with primary responsibility for identifying new customers, managing the existing customer portfolio, and driving direct machine sales.


The position requires a high level of activity in the field, close customer interaction, and the ability to build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales process - from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive proactive outbound sales activities across Sweden
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Sell machines directly to end customers
  • Plan and conduct customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Represent the company professionally in the market

Success Criteria (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Number of new customers acquired
  • Growth of the existing customer portfolio
  • Level of market activity (customer meetings, leads, proposals)
  • Conversion rate from lead to sale

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably within B2B and industrial sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results
  • Technical background or experience in technical sales is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of the Swedish market is an advantage
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify customer needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a structured manner

Formal Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in sales, marketing, or a technical field
