Overview

Shape global supplier agreements. Navigate complex negotiations. Make an impact across international markets.

Are you a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys turning complex contractual challenges into practical business solutions?

At CCR, we're looking for a Global Procurement Contracts Counsel to take ownership of procurement and supply-chain contracting across our international operations.

This is more than a contract review role. You'll have the autonomy to lead negotiations, advise international stakeholders and help shape how we manage supplier relationships and contractual risks globally.

Your Impact

As our Global Procurement Contracts Counsel, you'll work at the intersection of Legal, Procurement and Supply Chain, playing a key role in protecting our business while enabling commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the contracting process: Independently draft, review and negotiate complex supplier agreements, from initial discussions through execution and ongoing contract management.
  • Lead international negotiations: Handle a wide range of contracts, including supply, manufacturing, tooling, logistics, warehousing and service agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Be a trusted business partner: Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality and Legal teams to develop solutions that balance commercial priorities with legal protection.
  • Manage risks proactively: Identify contractual and commercial risks, negotiate appropriate safeguards and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Shape global standards: Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks and contracting processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Support the full supplier lifecycle: Provide contractual guidance from supplier selection and RFQs through amendments, performance issues, disputes and contract termination.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who combines strong legal expertise with commercial judgment and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • A law degree or equivalent legal qualification; admission to legal practice is an advantage.
  • Substantial hands-on experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex procurement and supply-chain contracts.
  • A strong understanding of commercial contract law, procurement processes and international contractual risks.
  • Experience handling cross-border agreements and working with stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
  • The confidence to independently lead negotiations and advise senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent business English and the ability to communicate complex legal matters in a clear, practical way.

Experience in an international manufacturing environment, familiarity with contract management systems or additional European languages would be valuable advantages.

Why Join CCR?

Global exposure. Meaningful ownership. Real business impact.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse contractual matters across international markets, with significant autonomy and close collaboration with teams throughout the business.

You'll be able to influence how supplier contracts are structured and negotiated, strengthen our approach to risk management and contribute to more efficient global processes.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading negotiations and combining legal expertise with commercial thinking, we'd love to hear from you.
