Turnkey Solutions Sales Manager – Czech Republic

At CCR Commercial Refrigeration, we are looking for a commercially driven Turnkey Solutions Sales Manager to develop our turnkey refrigeration business in the Czech Republic.

In this role, you will combine technical understanding with strong commercial expertise to develop customer relationships, identify business opportunities and turn complex refrigeration requirements into competitive, profitable solutions.

Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management and other cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in shaping projects from the initial opportunity through contract negotiation and handover to execution.

• Drive profitable business growth: Identify and develop turnkey project opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to revenue and margin performance.
• Manage commercial opportunities: Take ownership of the commercial preparation of turnkey projects, from customer requirements and technical concepts to quotations and contract negotiations.
• Lead tenders and negotiations: Coordinate complex proposals, evaluate project costs, develop competitive pricing and negotiate commercial terms.
• Protect profitability: Assess project margins, installation costs, contractual risks and commercial feasibility before commitments are made.
• Partner with technical teams: Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Project Management to develop practical, competitive and technically sound solutions.
• Ensure commercial continuity: Support a structured handover to project execution, manage key commercial escalations and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in technical B2B sales, business development or key account management, ideally within commercial refrigeration, HVAC, building technologies or industrial solutions.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions, installation projects or turnkey systems, rather than standalone products.
• Strong commercial acumen, including tendering, costing, pricing, margin management and contract negotiations.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into commercially viable customer solutions.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and business accountability.
• Fluent Czech and professional working proficiency in English.
