We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support our CCR teams across different countries with spare parts identification and technical requests related to commercial refrigeration equipment.
Whether you are a fresh technical graduate or an experienced technical support professional, this could be a great opportunity to develop your expertise in an international environment.
And the good news? Hungarian language skills are not required!
Handle technical support tickets submitted by CCR entities across different countries.
Identify the correct spare parts using 2D technical drawings and product documentation.
Support technical requests related to refrigeration cabinet refurbishment and rebuilding.
Help define spare parts kits and assembly groups.
Cooperate with R&D teams to clarify technical questions and identify suitable replacement parts.
Contribute to improvements in technical support processes, documentation, and quality.
Participate in ongoing technical projects and collaborate with international colleagues.
We welcome candidates from either of these backgrounds:
Technical graduates: A completed technical education (secondary school, vocational qualification, or university degree) in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing technology. Fresh graduates are welcome!
OR
Experienced professionals: At least 3 years of relevant technical support experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, or a similar technical environment.
In addition, you should have:
The ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings.
Good written English for communication with international colleagues and handling technical tickets.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Hungarian language skills are not required.
Experience with spare parts identification, technical documentation, or refrigeration equipment is an advantage, but not essential.

Hybrid working arrangement:
First 3 months: 5 days per week in the Jászárokszállás office.
After the probationary period: 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.
