✅ Support daily accounting operations and consumer claims processes
✅ Assist with finance and accounting activities performed within the EU region
✅ Follow standardized processes and support operational excellence initiatives
✅ Contribute to process improvement and automation projects
✅ Help identify opportunities for digitalization and increased efficiency in finance operations
✔ Bachelor's degree (or second or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
✔ Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
✔ Interest in finance, accounting, and shared service environments
✔ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
➕ Internship or first experience in finance/accounting
➕ Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, RPA, or financial digitalization tools
➕ Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian, etc.)
