Industrial Refrigeration Sales Representative (Poland)

At CCR Commercial Refrigeration, we are looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Polish market and accelerate growth within the industrial segment.

This opportunity combines technical expertise, commercial thinking and relationship-building to deliver tailored refrigeration solutions for production, manufacturing and warehousing customers.

Your role

Take ownership of developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships and driving sales of industrial refrigeration equipment and comprehensive turnkey solutions across Poland. You will work closely with our Solutions Department to identify the right technical solutions for customers. This is an individual contributor role without direct reports.

• Drive business development: Identify, develop and convert new sales opportunities in the Polish industrial refrigeration market.
• Build lasting partnerships: Develop relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits and consultative selling.
• Deliver tailored solutions: Understand technical and operational requirements and recommend suitable refrigeration solutions.
• Own the commercial process: Lead negotiations and prepare proposals, contracts and supporting analyses.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with the Solutions Department on competitive technical and commercial offers.
• Contribute to sales strategy: Monitor market developments and identify opportunities for growth.
• Deliver results: Manage your pipeline, keep Salesforce records accurate and achieve agreed sales and margin targets.

• Proven technical B2B sales experience within industrial refrigeration.
• Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration technologies and commercial applications.
• Knowledge of the Polish industrial refrigeration market and customer landscape.
• Track record of delivering sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented working style.
• Strong planning, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and commercial teams.
• Higher education in refrigeration, mechanical engineering, HVAC or a related technical field.
• Good command of English.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel across Poland.
